One of the biggest challenges in teaching with an eLearning approach is knowing what are effective pedagogies to use once the basics of technology and software have been overcome. Providing the answers to this question is the goal of the DEIMP project – an Erasmus+ funded international project that involves universities and schools across Europe and a link with the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.

The partner schools will work with universities and each other to contribute to a new app and MOOC (Massively Open Online Course) that will support teachers and trainees with examples and training on innovative digital pedagogies. Teacher exchange between international schools is a key part of developing and sharing best practices.

The project will run to 2020 and the UK schools launch event took place in York on Friday 14th September, hosted by Dr Kevin Burden of University of Hull who is the Project Coordinator.
