3.1 Make effective use of lesson time by having clear and efficient routines
3.2 Enable students to continue their learning beyond the classroom through effective use of Google Classroom and other blended learning tools to facilitate well chosen home based learning and independent tasks
3.3 Are able to broaden their students’ horizons by signposting social, moral, spiritual and cultural issues, extra curricular activities, the super curriculum and cross curricular links
3.4 Create a climate where students pursue subject interests independently, are encouraged to read and develop a genuine passion for the subject and for future pathways
